Brembo presents the Stylema brake caliper, a perfect blend of contemporary design and high-performance engineering. This left brake caliper features a compact design that is lightweight yet powerful, suitable for those who demand quality.
The Stylema has improved upon previous models by minimizing the internal spaces filled with brake fluid around the pistons and pads, leading to quicker response times. With a remarkable weight reduction of approximately seven percent, the caliper’s rigidity has been enhanced by five millimeters, thanks to its optimized dimensions and shorter mounting bolts. The arrangement of all crucial components has been redefined to ensure maximum effectiveness.
One of the standout features of the Stylema is its superior cooling capability. Enhanced airflow around the pads due to enlarged permeable areas and a strategically placed air outlet in the center bridge ensures optimal performance during intense braking situations.
The design concept of reducing mass produces a balanced and aesthetic shape, embodying precise lines reminiscent of high-end motorcycles. The two elevated ribs serve both structural and aesthetic purposes, enhancing the dynamic look while providing a prominent display area for the Brembo logo. The aggressive design is further accentuated by the air intake edges adjoining the upper rib.
Stylema derives its name from a fusion of "Stilema" (Italian for "style elements of the originator") and "Style", echoing its commitment to speed, performance, and state-of-the-art technology—ideal for modern visionaries.
